Depart for Sydney.
THURSDAY, MAY 27 - SYDNEY
Transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free
to explore this seaside city. In the evening get
acquainted with fellow travelers at a welcome

FRIDAY, MAY 28 - SYDNEY
Today discover Sydney. The tour includes the
Harbour Bridge, Historic Rocks District, morning
tea in the Botanical Gardens, a private Opera
House tour and after lunch on your own, a cruise

SATURDAY, MAY 29 - SYDNEY
Spend the day in one of Australia’s premium wine
regions – Hunter Valley. The trip features visits to
wineries and a wine school for an in depth look at
the wine making process, as well as a visit to a

SUNDAY, MAY 30 - SYDNEY
Today enjoy breakfast at the the Featherdale
Wildlife park. Learn about the Koala and explore
the park before the public opening. The afternoon
is at leisure. In the evening dine and dance on a
cruise in Sydney Harbour. (BD)
MONDAY, MAY 31 - MELBOURNE
Transfer for your flight to Melbourne. On arriving
discover Melbourne’s past and present on a city
tour. This evening dine aboard a 1927 tramcar as
it cruises the scenic streets of Melbourne. (BD)
TUESDAY, JUNE 1 - MELBOURNE
Morning is at leisure. Later travel to a cattle station
for a tour and a scrumptious afternoon tea. Then
continue your journey to Phillip Island, rich in
wildlife and watch the return of the Fairy Penguins.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 2 - MELBOURNE
Depart on the Puffing Billy Train, Australia’s oldest
steam railway and travel through the magnificent
Dandenong Ranges. Then continue by coach to
Yarra Valley where the wilderness of the Great
Divide meets some of Australia’s best wineries
for wine tasting. (BL)
THURSDAY, JUNE 3 - CAIRNS
Fly to Cairns. Enroute to your hotel, enjoy a city
tour. In the evening discover the history and
culture of the Aborigines at the Tjapukai Aboriginal
Center where you will have dinner. (BD)
FRIDAY, JUNE 4 - CAIRNS
Explore the world heritage Daintree Rain Forest
largely unchanged over the past 110 million years
and the breathtaking landscape of Cape Tribulation.
Then take a cruise on the Daintree River to
look for wildlife. (BL)
SATURDAY, JUNE 5 - CAIRNS
A special experience awaits you today as you
cruise to Michaelmas Cay on the Great Barrier
Reef. A marine biologist will lecture enroute.
Snorkel (provided) or take a ride in the sub sea
viewer. You will be fascinated and amazed by the
myriad of colors and variety of marine life. (BL)
SUNDAY, JUNE 6 - CAIRNS
Take one of the scenic rail journeys of the world,
Kuranda Scenic Railway from Cairns to Kuranda.
Visit Rainforestation where you will journey on the
amphibious Army Duck vehicle on both land and
water. Then finish the day with a 5-mile journey
across the top of the rain forest canopy on the
Skyrail Rain Forest Cableway. Reminisce with
fellow travelers at this evening’s farewell dinner.
